"The state Consumer Protection Agency brought sufficient pressure to bear, via a fine, that I finally received a full refund--a full year, five court appearances, and a hearing in Salt Lake later. UPDATE--Nearly 9 months have passed and, despite winning a judgment in small claim's court, I have not received a dime from Les Young or Touchstone. ORIGINAL REVIEW--Les Young agreed to do quartz countertops in my home. After paying him a deposit, he didn't show for the installation when he said and continues to make promises that he doesn't keep. Turns out he never even procured the quartz, let alone fabricated it. Now he won't refund the deposit, even though Midwest, his supplier, gave him a full refund on the order. Based on Ron Marchak's review, thank goodness he didn't come to do the install. Looks like small claim's court is my only recourse, also. I regret not reading these reviews before letting him into my home and giving him money!"

"Just a fair warning to people looking into buying for them don't do it. When I first went in we discussed the countertop for a bathroom simple enough they said they would have it done in three weeks max. That date came up and nothing there excuse was that the cold weather froze their machines another week passed and still nothing. Now going on two months and still nothing.... So to anyone looking to buy don't waste your time and money there."
