"I use a generator for my mobile detailing company. I bought the predator 3500 and it had an issue starting so I exchanged it for a new one. The replacement would leak gasoline in my car out of the bottom, a carburetor issue, even after I took off the side cover and shut off the gas valve. I returned it since it was leaking all over the place (which isn’t normal) inside of my car making me inhale gas fumes, and they wouldn’t waive the restocking fee. Imagine paying a “restocking fee” for a faulty product, only for the item to not be restocked, just returned to the manufacturer. Total scam. Don’t buy a predator and especially don’t buy from these predators. Can’t believe this kind of customer service is still a thing in 2023."
