"Pretty nice guy helped our group to a few delicious ice cream treats. The ice cream was good but this isn't a great place to sit and enjoy it as there are just a few tables to sit in a small area and unfortunately the tables were pretty gross and not somewhere I'd want to sit down and eat. Fast service, fair prices, and ice cream - can't go wrong with ice cream, right?"

"I'm disappointed with the service I received. The line was pretty long but not terrible. After getting my ice cream, I left to enjoy it. I took a bite and realized that they did not put in a brownie mix in like I had asked. I looked all over in my dish to try to find it. It was not in there. I went back to request they help me resolve this issue. I paid for the mix in and this place isn't exactly cheap (especially with extra mix ins). I waited at the register while one worker seemed to be fulfilling online orders. She didn't even look up to notice me. The other worker was waiting next to a couple waiting to order. I was not upset to wait for them to order. However, when they did notice me, the attitude by the male worker came across rude. He acted like I was wrong. He was more than welcome to check my ice cream. He ended up handing me two brownies so now I have to mix these brownies into my melted ice cream."
