"The service was okay. The place looks clean but the food was nothing special. The sauce of the pasta I ordered was bland and tasted like Alfredo sauce from a very cheap brand."

"The restaurant was clean and the service was pretty quick. We each ordered from the “3forMe” menu and online it looked like all the entree options were $10.99 but when we got there, only 3 were $10.99 and the rest got more expensive. With the “3forMe” you get a starter (highly recommend bottomless chips and salsa), entree & side (we got burger/chicken sandwich and fries) and a drink. It was plenty of food and tasted good! We did not get dessert or anything else off the menu and it was about $30 for the 2 of us."

"You’ll never find a Chili’s with worse service than this one. We have given this place a try four times and each time the service has been a nightmare. We stood in the doorway for over 10 minutes before even being acknowledged. After a 15 minute wait for our table (not bad), we were seated. Waiter took our drink order. I ordered a beer. 30 minutes later, still no beer. Waiter told me he forgot about it. From the time we ordered our food, it took over an hour to get it. We had ordered a chips and queso appetizer. They brought chips and salsa, but no queso. Finally, after the fourth time I reminded our waiter about the queso he brought it out and said “sorry, our runners were on a shift change and we forgot about it.” The women’s bathroom was absolutely filthy. So badly, that my wife and daughter couldn’t even use it. Luckily, the food turned my rating from 1 star to 2 star. It was very good. I ordered the fajita trio and it was great. My daughter ordered an appetizer sampler and all three items were outstanding. I’ve tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt multiple times, but it’s unlikely that I will ever go to this location ever again due to the continued poor service we’ve received every time we have gone"
