"Zupas is always in the rotation when deciding where to eat. Literally every single thing I've eaten has been delicious. The nuts about berries salad, turkey/bacon/avocado sandwich, brisket grilled cheese, Wisconsin cauliflower soup (and I hate cauliflower), ND lobster bisque are my top favorites! The lunch rush is insane and you'll find it hard to find a table sometimes, especially for a large group, so keep that in mind when deciding when to go. Even with that in mind, it is delicious. If you get a pick-two combo, it comes with a delicious roll and chocolate covered strawberry. All of the desserts are also delicious but the rocky road brownie (maybe it's called a mudslide?) Is the best."
"I wouldn’t do curbside ordering here. Food was great, but it was a really busy night and my online order took a whole hour to be completed. The staff were very kind, but this location needs to figure out their online order system. There were like 10 of us customers waiting for our name to be called. That being said, I like Zupas a lot and they have a great menu and atmosphere with friendly staff."
"This is one of my all time favorite restaurants. A place we come to on special occasions as well as more everyday dining. My favorite sandwich is the grilled cheese brisket and my favorite soup is the Wisconsin Cauliflower, add a fresh baked roll and a chocolate covered strawberry to top it off and it’s a wonderful meal."
"Let me start by saying I love Zupas! The good is great. The last two times I went it was later at night and no joke I stood in front of the counter and granted yes it was just me, but I stood there for about 7 to 8 minutes before somebody finally came to help me and this was both times I’m not even exaggerating…. The first time I thought OK maybe they’re just super busy cleaning because that’s what they were doing. The second time it was like a manager was training an employee, while everybody else was cleaning again and I stood there and I don’t know it was because I was the only one there and they just thought I was standing there reading the menu…. but it should not take that long for an employee to approach somebody to ask them if they need help. Every time I’ve ever been, we spend over $50 for our family to get dinner. I honestly don’t know if I want to go back to be ignored."
"We ordered $50+ worth of food, three of which included large salads. All salads barely had any toppings and we had to add more to it to even make it a full salad. It was definitely not worth the money we paid for the amount of food we got, nor the mandatory online tip even though we picked up. We use to love Zupas but they have progressively gotten worse and this is the last time we will be ordering."
