"My girls, their dad, and I went in for piercings for my youngest's birthday. Not only were they great with the last minute scheduling of my oldest who decided two hours before the appointment that she wanted to join, junior was very patient breaking down for us the cost before hand and making sure we were okay with everything before we moved forward. Junior was so patient and interacted with the girls the entire time. He was very informative and made sure to explain every tool and step before we even started, to help them feel comfortable. He took so much time and care (even drawing a little heart in the birthday girl's ear) to make them feel at ease and keep it a pleasant experience. He explained the process & aftercare in depth which made my daughter very comfortable during her appointment.
