"The girl who cut my hair had an extreme additude, I wanted wispy bangs and she gave me full bangs. And she brushed my hair way to hard. 0-10 service and apparently she was "Employe of the month". Also she barely talked to me during the haircut. Never coming back."

"Don't go here unless you like being ignored. I checked in online, and my wait was down to no wait. I go in, and the 2 stylists working said hi, and they'd be with me shortly. 5 mins go by and nothing. I was at the top of the check-in list. Still nothing. Another client walks in, and 1 stylist immediately stops and doesn't acknowledge me still waiting. She checks the other client into the system and doesn't say anything to me or check me in. A third stylist comes out and takes that second client and still ignores me. Now I'm at the other South Jordan, having to wait even longer all because 2 stylists were lazy and unprofessional. My visit was 01/08/2023 at 1:20pm."
"Never been to this location but took my son in because we were in the area. I never write reviews, but this is the worst haircut I have ever seen. Literally only took them 5 min to cut it. A lot of missed spots and patches. Very uneven. Looks like my 5 year old son literally cut his own hair. I addressed the areas missed, the lady literally just grabbed the shave and went over 1 spot really quick carelessly. Had to go out of my way and buy my own razor to fix it. Please save your self from the embarrassment and go somewhere else."
