My appointment was at 4:00 and went past closing hours while she took the time to finish blow drying and styling my hair, and still asked if I wanted it curled. Amazing customer service. "Taylor schilling is sooo good! This was my first visit and I always get nervous with my hair. Taylor was a perfect mix of professionalism and friendliness that made being in his chair is so dang comfortable. He asks such great discovery questions and really educated me on the decisions I was making with my hair. I felt heard and he really did work hard to achieve the look I wanted. You can tell he has a lot of experience doing hair and that brought such a peace of mind for me as his client. I almost don’t want to share how much I loved his work because he’s going to get even more booked up!!! To top it off the salon is a pristine and friendly environment. The hair washing bowls are the comfiest I’ve ever experienced as the chairs fully recline and have air massagers in them. You also get treated to a little scalp massage which is so relaxing. The salon smells clean, no strong chemical smell, and the tools they used were clean and well taken care of. Check in process was a breeze. I was able to get in and out on my lunch break which is way nice (I got a wash, cut, and style) I was in the chair on time and while Taylor did take the time to get to know me as a client and my desired results, he worked efficiently, which was so nice. Overall 10/10 experience!"
