"Honestly this is one of the worst Starbucks. The inconsistency is crazy when making a drink. It always amazes me how often I have to ask for the sweet cream to be added to my Vanilla SWEET CREAM cold brew. It’s a staple item and it’s clear the baristas aren’t well trained enough to even get the item made correctly even though the name has all the ingredients. They are also extremely slow, like SLOW! I’ve seen them understaffed more than I’ve seen them staffed with employees that know how to make proper drinks. I’m sad that the other location is closed right now because even though that one has some major parking lot issues, they know how to make drinks. Sadly both locations also have employees that seem to hate their jobs and have the worst attitudes. This doesn’t go for all employees, but 4/5 visits I get someone who doesn’t want to be there and could care less about your order. I can’t wait for Dutch Bros to open in Spanish! They always have the nicest employees and huge drinks for the cost! They will give Starbucks a run for their money for sure, I’ll happily wait in line for a better price, quality drink and upbeat attitudes. I was so excited when this opened and it’s been a huge let down since day one…no improvement…"
