"We LOVED Russ with Northwest Orthotics! One of my twins needed to wear a helmet. The whole process went very smooth, he answered any of my questions day or night and made sure my little guy was comfortable the whole process! They are very easy to schedule with! Allie was great to get us in whenever we needed, living in rural Utah it was nice that we could go to their Spanish Fork office for our monthly checks. Thank you Northwest Orthotocs, especially Russ for making sure my kid doesn’t have a goofy shaped head!"

"My son had to wear a helmet for a moderate flat spot on his head. He had the helmet for 4 months (graduated today) and I have been impressed with Russ and his office each step of the way! Russ gave me his number at the first appointment and told me to contact him if any concerns came up outside of office hours. He was happy to see us sooner the couple of times I had questions or concerns and always found a way to get us in even if he was booked. His office staff was happy to help me cancel and reschedule appointments and always spoke to me with kindness and understanding. They were also very patient with my oldest as she could be a little wild at our appointments. It was a pleasure to work with Russ and his office the last few months! I highly recommend Russ if your baby needs a helmet. We will miss seeing them!"

"My baby needed a helmet for her flat head. They were very smart in waiting until she was ready so that they didn’t have to make two helmets due to rapid growth changes . Every appt was quick and easy, I never had to wait too long. They were always kind and Russ is friendly and always tells the best stories. He also gave me his personal cell, in case I had any questions or concerns during the weekends. Thankfully he did because I had to reach out to him a few times and he always got right back to me with what we needed to do to help my baby feel the most comfortable. One day he wasn’t in the office to help, but another staff member was able to make the adjustments we needed. So, thank you Russ and team for reshaping my baby’s head. ☺️"

"My son had a flat spot on his head at 3 months old. As a new mom, I was devastated. The good people at Northwest made ALL the difference! I couldn’t recommend them more. They were so kind and gentle with me during the fitting process, plus gave me all the reassurances and support my baby and I needed during our whole helmet journey. We were in the helmet for 3 months and now his head looks perfect!! We are so grateful. Any issues (rubbing or redness) were quickly resolved. They made the helmet no big deal for both baby and me!
