"For two weeks ago I bought two fans from family dollar in it in Provo when I bought the fans the woman made it known that I wasn’t gonna get a cat my money back that I can trade it for something else! At the time I wasn’t looking to bring back the fan because I really needed it! But when I got home one of the phones were broken. So yesterday I took it back the woman at the cashier register told that I can only exchange the only for the fan not anything else! I explained to the woman that I didn’t need another fan but I really don’t care what else i traded the fan that didn’t work. The woman then explained to me that there is nothing else that she can do besides switch for another fan. It’s like she wasn’t hearing what’s coming out of my mouth! So I asked her for managers information since she wasn’t able to help me! She was even hesitant with that and said that the manager will be in today. So I went back in and took the fan that didn’t work because the two fans that I borrowed from my friend and she ended up giving me both of them! Since the fan didn’t work anyways I took back again today. I waited for a woman named Riley that claimed that she was a manager for about 20 minutes for only for her to tell me the same thing woman told yesterday but very disrespectful and rude manor! She treated me like I stole something from that store and made me feel like garbage all I wanna do was take back the broken fan that they sold me! I told them that I will never go back to that store or shop or any family dollar ever again!"
