Posted an item as available then sent several messages checking on availability, they said unavailable, I tried to cancel to get my credit card charge reversed, then I am told it was shipped. It was on UPS truck probably an hour from delivery then they told UPS to return to them. Meanwhile the charge is still on my card. Unresponsive customer service - confused about availability and who sender is...."
