Chapters & Seasons is a gym and health institution located at 12587 South Fort Street in Draper, Utah, United States. Our mission is to help members of the community reconnect with what is truly important to them and thrive in their lives and relationships. Founded in 2022 by Mental Health Therapist Camille Hawkins and Yoga Therapist Angela Van Wagoner, we offer counseling and healing modalities to promote integrative wellness across the lifespan. Our services focus on helping individuals find healthy life practices, heal from trauma, and connect with their authentic selves.
At Chapters & Seasons, clients can meet with compassionate therapists who can assist them on their healing journey. We utilize yoga, coaching, and somatic therapies to bring connection and awareness within the body. We believe that healing can occur on both an individual and community level.
