"The Doctor was very helpful. He clearly explained what he could do for treatment and explained the process. Took care of it and I was gone. Dr and nurse were very professional. The problem I had was the wait time to see Dr., and there was only one person ahead of me that I saw over 1 hr between outside waiting and in the room."

"This was the best experience I’ve had at Instacare in a long time and I’m so glad I chose Draper. Everyone was so kind. I was seen by Lindsey, and I wish she could be my doctor all the time! I felt so listened to, and she even noticed another ailment I didn’t even come in for that she decided to treat! I feel better than I have in months. I left Draper Instacare with a great attitude knowing I was actually just cared for in more than the concern I came in for… I was treated like a person. Thank you, Lindsey!"

"Staff is very nice but the doctor I got was not. I was trying to explain my experience postpartum with an ongoing hip issue. She interrupted multiple times, I felt as though she was in a hurry and it felt like some of what I told her she didn’t believe (raising eyebrows/rolling eyes), and while examining my hip she continued poking and moving my leg in directions that I either told her were painful or flinched as a result of a sudden pain. I understand some pain may be felt while getting examined but if I’ve expressed something hurts, I expect the dr to respect that and stop. I will not be going back to this office, I would be worried to get the same woman."

"I am giving 2 stars because they got me in quickly, however, after seeing the doctor I went back to work. Went to pick up my prescription after work and they had forgotten to call it in which led me to waste time on a wild goose chase to try to locate my prescription. It has now been over 48 hours since I saw the doctor and I still have no prescription. Not very pleased with how the situation was handled after I left the instacare. Seek other options if you want a reliable and quick turnaround time to receive your medications"
