"The therapist I HAD was nice but after waiting months for a new therapist, I missed the call only for every call back and voice mail to nearly NEVER be picked up or answered. On top of that, when they were answered I got no information and one person even hung up on me in the middle of the call. I have a disability and it's hard enough to find service at all, this is frustrating for me and if companies were people I'd say you should be humiliated with what you've given as service."

"I had one of thee worst experiences with this office. The person who referred me here is a counselor, and that part of everything was okay. But then I had to do my intake with Ben over the phone and he was A MESS. He was nice, but literally yelled at his dog Molly half the call. He took my email down incorrectly so I never got my intake package AND he didn't set up my appointment that we made while I was on the phone. I had to call back to see where my email was because he said it must be completed before I meet with my counselor. When I called back, I asked why I hadn't received my email and wanted to verify my appointment time. I learned on this second call that he had to "deal with new management" the day of my first call and that he was just under a lot of stress, which is understandable it just makes for a rough first impression for the entire company, especially in this type of business. On the second call, we get my email right and set an appointment for real. All of this alone would have been forgiveable. But the day of my appointment was just as much of a fail. The day of, I call for a third time and speak with Ben again. I was set up to do my visit over the phone and I had never done that before so I wanted to get some information on what to expect. He said, "I'll text you a link. Open it at 5 (the time of my appointment) and wait [for Sarah, my counselor]." He also told me some sessions run late, and to stick around for a few minutes if she still hadn't logged in. I WAITED TILL 5:20 AND SARAH NEVER LOGGED IN. I was so upset I quit waiting. They have not even called. No one touched base to apologize about my counselor going MIA or even to finish getting my insurance information and try a new appointment. 0/10 would not recommend."
