"I came in for a Sitz test & from beginning to end, everyone was so amazing! Olivia went above & beyond to get me all taken care of, Lynn was the same way & so kind. And Kerry did my X-ray & made me feel so comfortable & welcome. These 3 were the BEST! Thank you so much for making what had been a stressful situation, much less stressful!"

"Heather the tech was great. She explained everything to me and gave me peace. I don't do well in small spaces she talked to me all the time while I was in the MRI machine. Thank you Heather!!"

"Had an appointment scheduled for this afternoon (Monday). I arrived 15 min early. I attempted to check in and was informed that my appointment had been cancelled. I was never contacted nor informed that my appointment was cancelled. I had confirmed with my doctor’s office, (also an Intermountain office) Friday, that I had this appointment (which I had scheduled 2 weeks prior). Incredibly frustrating that the clinic can “cancel” an appointment without ever contacting the patient. If this is the type of organization, care, and communication that occurs for a relatively simple health issue, I shudder to think about how more complex care needs are met."

"The onsite night staff was great & helpful. Unfortunately I would not recommend this location as they are living in the stone age as far as technology - The registration "Kiosk" is laughable. If you'd like to view your Xrays, plan on obsolete technology in the form of a CD. Since no computers are built with CD readers anymore, this too is completely laughable. Thanks."

"All I can say is yikes. The tech I had for my first ultrasound was extremely rude. My appointment was today at 3:45pm and she asked me if I had a full bladder. I said no (I didn’t know I wasn’t supposed to pee before the ultrasound) and she kept going on about how I needed to come with a full bladder and made a huge deal about it. The medical student who was with her was nice and the tech even treated her poorly while she was learning how to take images on the ultrasound machine. I’m probably going to have bruises from how hard she pushed down on my abdomen and vaginal area. Her excuse for pushing so hard was because I didn’t have a full bladder, yet the medical student was able to get a better look at my baby than the tech was and she wasn’t even pushing hard at all. I think this tech was very rude, controlling, abusive (pushing way too hard on me for the ultrasound) and should be fired. Not to mention when I asked for extra copies of my ultrasound photos, she said they usually only give one. But I wanted to get copies for the family. She was saying that not only can I not have extra copies, but it being the first trimester there’s nothing to really look at, it’s just a gummy bear. I will never recommend this place and I will never be returning. If I could rate no stars, I would."
