"This place is a joke. They asked me to arrive 20 minutes early, so I did. I waited until 10 minutes after my appointment was supposed to start, but no one was there yet. If you aren't going to show up during your office hours, you should send a text, email, or try calling. I received plenty of emails and texts everyday before the appointment. There is no excuse for this type of behavior."
