"Michelle Greene was completely unprofessional. We contacted her for coparenting therapy for my spouse’s highly contentious divorce situation. Michelle only talked to his ex wife and would not return our calls. After a while of trying to get ahold of her (because the ex insisted on only wanting to work with Michelle) Michelle sent an email saying she wasn’t a good fit to work on our case. She did not give us any specific reasons. After that, Michelle had a conversation with his ex wife, telling her that she wasn’t a good fit to work with us because of something my spouse had said to her, which didn’t make any sense because he never successfully spoke to Michelle. As a licensed therapist myself, I am shocked at how unprofessional Michelle was throughout our attempts to start working with her. If she considers herself a coparenting therapist who can work with contentious divorces, she should know better than to start triangulating before therapy even begins."

"If you have an emergency situation, they will charge you an entire session fee. The lack of compassion during our conversation was so non-exhistant. I would never trust a therapist (who's literal job it is to be compassionate and help any way they can) that is completely okay with screwing someone over financially because of something that is out of their hands."

"Kelsey was a great counselor, However be aware that if your child gets sick the day of the appointment their policy is to charge you $75 to cancel. Even if your child is showing symptoms that you would probably not want to expose the counselor to. They canceled on me the same day and I was very polite about it. Other reviews share this similar experience. If you want the definition of rude call the billing department and talk to them."

"My child was seeing Michelle Greene, LCSW since March 2020. It is apparently ok for the therapist to miss appointments with no notice provided to the client and with no ramifications to the therapist (on more than one occasion). But if a client needed to change just one appointment time and provided a text at 11pm (the earliest time known about the change) and the appointment was schedule at 4pm the following day (just 7 hrs shy of the 24 hrs policy), plenty of time to reschedule. My child was charged $75 dollars. I get there are policies - policies have exceptions, always! It is unconscionable to me that my child gets harsh consequences for doing their best to notify a change that was out of their control, but the therapist not held accountable for forgetting appointments claiming they forgot to put it in their book. The way I see it, to be fair the therapist should pay my child $150. Their time is just as valuable. I do not recommend Michelle Greene, LCSW or Synergism Counseling for this reason and others. The provider was contacted and refused to work with my child."
