"I have been a patient at Alta View for over 10 years. I was with Dr Kavita Willisen who ultimately left the group twice. Then I saw Dr Heather Alden who recently left the practice suddenly. Over the last 10 years if I got sick I went to IHC instacare because there are never any appointments available with the doctors in this group. My annual wellness exam was scheduled for October but I was told none of the doctors or PA’s could see me until June of 2024. Absolutely ridiculous and totally unacceptable. I am changing groups entirely and would never recommend Alta View to anyone."

"Super hard to get ahold of, yanked around trying to set up an appointment for which they had me fill out a whole form, then told me my time was wasted and they didn't have any openings for me anyway."

"This clinic now looks pretty from the outside. Service sure has declined since moving from the much smaller clinc that they replaced. Call time is rediculous, staff is cold and angry most of the time. Seems they are just too big and too commercial to care anymore. Look for a provider elsewhere, where you are a person not a transaction."
