"I don't kno how many times have I said this about a hospital oh ya ...that would have to be NEVER! My biggest and only complaint is that I wasn't more sick or so I could have stayed longer the only hospital I wasn't anxious to leave as soon as i got there all the staff from doctors the nurses even the cleaning crew were exceptionally friendly and courteous knowledgeable not just about my case but what they were doing if their not number #1 they should be! they got me back on my feet so thanks to hospital and all your staff You are #1. sincerely : a Very satisfied yet sad 2 leave former patient. "Spoke to someone named Jessica (?) to schedule an MRI. She seems to have accidentally signed me up for an appointment without my knowledge and then canceled it, also without my knowledge. When she canceled it, it removed the doctor's order from the system, so I can't schedule the appointment anymore. She then lied that my insurance was out of network, presumably so I wouldn't try to schedule, because now that SHE canceled it without me even knowing, I need to go back to the doctor to get a new order sent. (My insurance is not out of network, I triple checked.) Hopefully they're willing to send the new order with a phone call because paying for another office visit for Jessica's mistake/lie would be really irritating. I only found out about all this because I got a text reminder to confirm my appointment (which once again I did not know about) and called back today to ask about it. I even could have made it to the appointment that she mistakenly scheduled, so this whole thing could have been avoided if she didn't lie about it."

"Quite literally the rudest staff at a hospital I have ever met. I was treated like a 10 year old child as an adult here. Nurses and doctors did not talk to me with respect but rather seemed annoyed with me for even existing. After multiple times of telling them I did not want an IV they forced me to have one anyways which was completely unnecessary. I now have extreme bruising in four parts of my arms because of how awful they were at getting the IV in. Came in to check to make sure my medication wasn’t killing me and got admitted into a psych unit for two days and now i’m stuck with a $3000 bill."

"My mother had to have a CT scan and was anxious about the procedure. The imaging staff were so warm and welcoming to her. They ensured she was comfortable and informed every step of the way. This hospital is a gem in our community!"

I was treated with kindness, dignity and respect. In particular I am so especially grateful for the doctor assigned to my case. Dr. Nolan is kind, caring, knowledgeable and thorough. She is a dedicated surgeon with a focus on your best solutions. She provided me with options and knowledge, discussed both thoroughly, and invited me to participate in my health decisions. She was assigned to my case after an emergency admittance at Alta View Hospital. I am so thankful that she was my doctor for my issue. I could not have been in better hands.
