"Wish I could have tried them out. They told me that none of their therapists are willing or able to have a 5 minute phone consultation with me to see if it would be a good fit. When I asked why, I was told they were all too busy with clients. This was right after I was told that some of them had openings to take me on as a new client. In summary, poor business practice. Don't bother unless you don't care about who you're paired with and are willing to pay for a full session just to find out it may not be a good fit. Let me know when your therapists get up to speed with every other practice out there."
