"My daughter went here for physical therapy which was fine. However, their billing department isn’t great. They collected a copay which wasn’t accurate for our insurance. I had to call them to tell them to turn in medical records to our insurance and then it never happened until much later. We have an overpayment but the billing department is still trying to get the claims processed with the notes and it has been almost two years now. We still haven’t received our overpayment."
