"two appointments so far for managing my medications. didn't have notes from first appointment and asked same questions on 2nd appointment. Staff is very bad about returning calls..will tell you to go to the ER after hours and will not follow up until your next scheduled appointment. They have a call center, but even my therapist told me that I should never call it because they were notorious for not returning phone calls. They do not seem to have any appropriate SOP for handling any crisis or medication issues. I also experienced several days delay after my medication manager sent the prescription electronically and when my pharmacist got it. Highland Springs has consistently refused to acknowledge that this is an issue and just one of many examples of how irresponsible they are as a whole. My medication manager not only felt like she was not only addressing my mental health, but was also argumentative with me and my wife regarding the facts the many Drs have already told me. Annie P. Marsh, is a reckless person and should go back to delivering babies. Note. I added a picture of a door that I was led to believe I destroyed.
