"This clinic seems to not want to post my wife’s experience so here it is and hopefully they let us share this time: Worst clinic we have ever dealt with. We had to reschedule her major surgery do to their lack of communication, and they wouldn’t take blame until we called them out. We had to constantly call to get updates on paperwork getting finished on their end. No one adds notes to charts: we called the 9th,10th,11th, and 12th. On the 12th they stated they had been waiting for our call since the 6th to move forward with processing paperwork. They won’t take blame even though there is proof of their mistakes. Majorly disappointed in the way this clinic is run."
"I have called with medical question/assistance today I got Tiffany a receptionist who tried to give information over the phone that a nurse should be relaying. I have gone almost a week with uti symptoms with no help. I have been with them for over a year not sure I'll stay."
"My daughter switched to Southridge late in her pregnancy and we were able to meet all the midwives only once before the delivery. We were so impressed by all of them! They were all so kind and spent so much time putting our minds at ease at each appointment. When it came time to deliver things got crazy when baby didn't decide to cooperate, but Kelly Garret and the nurse Mariah stayed with her and helped her through the whole 24+ hours it took to get baby here. Even staying after their shifts to make sure my daughter had the beautiful experience we so wanted. I've never seen so much love and compassion for a patient! I've never witnessed in more than 16 births I've attended the time they spent at my daughters side. I really believe had it been another type of provider my daughter would have been taken for C-section, but with the care and attention she delivered normally and safely. I can not express the gratitude I feel for the birth team! I feel like shouting from the rooftops for every pregnant woman to go to Southridge and have the midwives there assist in delivering your sweet babies. They sure made us feel special!"
"Terrible experience. Saw Nicole Iovino for an infection on a Friday hoping to get taken care of before the weekend and she never wrote the prescription. I called back when my pharmacist told me they didn’t have it and they had closed 10 minutes prior. Called the after hours line and they were no help at all. Said that they have a “No prescription policy” and that I would have to call the office on Monday. Had to go to an urgent care clinic a few hours after to actually get the prescription. Completely incompetent. So maybe after seeing two doctors for the same thing in one day I can get the care I deserve?"
"I had a terrible experience with the staff here. The front desk women were really rude & were talking about me as I walked away from the desk & were giving faces to each other as I was signing in. I didn’t have a good experience with them over the phone as I was walking into the apt & at the desk, it was a very rude first appointment. I thought that would stop there. No. The Midwife didn’t introduce herself & had a really rude “introduction” as well. This was my first time coming here & I just wanted to offer general feedback to the office & doctor that this is a place where people want to feel welcomed & I just wanted to talk about my health, not have drama. I had never been to the hospital before & was having trouble coming to the office. I always treat others with kindness & respect. It’s always sad when you don’t receive that in return with customer service. I would recommend a training or rallying together of the office of how to treat patience with KINDNESS & RESPECT, especially their first time visiting!!!!"
