"We took our daughter in to get an arm xray after a fall. We were immediately helped, staff was all very kind, and we got a diagnoses and splint very quickly. They told us about the membership program which I would highly recommend!"
"They were all so nice! Hannah was so sweet up front and Jada and Kelsey were the nicest! Jacob stitched me up and he did an amazing job with very minimal pain while numbing the wound."
"All of the staff here were very attentive to my needs, professional, kind and treated me like a real person and not just a number... A GREAT BIG SHOUT OUT to you Thank you, Zach, Jena & Front Desk staff member for all your assistance you each made it a good experience under the circumstances... Best Wishes from a well taken care of patient, CE :)"
"I took my daughter here for a sick visit after normal clinic hours. I wish I would have waited until her normal providers office was open. I work at a pediatric office where I educate staff, so I know how a clinic operates. I was concerned my daughter had strep and we just got new insurance. I called here to see if they accept my insurance, they told me yes, then maybe, then they don’t know. I asked if they can confirm if they do before we come and they couldn’t give me a definitive answer, but I chose to visit anyway since they were close and open. This was on a Friday night. Front desk was kind and helpful, check in process was good. The MA was kind and offered my daughter a sucker and juice which helps calm her nerves. Unfortunately, the MA didn’t know how to properly swab for RSV (I know because I’m an MA educator and do them everyday). This caused my daughter pain and may have skewed the results. She also swabbed for strep and flu. Then the PA saw us. I told her that the MA didn’t swab for RSV correctly and she said they are learning that skill as RSV season just started (it started in November) then continued to ask me how to do it (the PA didn’t even know how to swab). She then said that it looks like strep but the strep test came back negative so they needed to send it for culture. But they didn't collect two swabs to begin with so they had to swab again. The MA came in and my daughter was scared to have her swab again since she caused her pain. The MA then asked if I wanted to swab, so I swabbed my own daughter’s throat. They started her on antibiotics. I asked how long will it take for the culture results to come back because in my office it takes 2 days. They said since they are closed Saturday and Sunday, I’ll get the results Monday. I asked if they had a doctor on call that looked at results over the weekend to inform families, she said they do not. I started my daughter on antibiotics but soon after, she broke out in a rash that’s typical with viruses. I then suspected it wasn’t strep throat and Called them Monday to ask for results. They then told me it takes 3-5 days for results, which is ridiculous. They use Quest Diagnostic, which are horrible with tests by the way. I then called Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Each day I was told it was processing and it should be back soon. I called quest and they said it was delayed for some reason but they were not sure why. I then called quest again on Thursday. They tried to look into why and couldn’t find the reason. I then called the urgent care and the MA said he would look into it and called me back saying he didn’t know what was going on either. It has now been 8 days of my daughter on an antibiotic that she probably didn’t need. No further communication from the urgent care, I had to call each day to follow up, they never called me! I wouldn’t go here again! Bad patient care and the lab they use is horrible and mishandled the test. I assume they lost it but no one will tell me. Update: finally got a call back 10 days later (after the antibiotic should have been finished) telling me that the result was negative and I didn’t need to give my daughter the antibiotic. They said Quest had an issue on their end that delayed the process."
