"The Logan office. They are incredibly hard to work with when it comes to insurance. They accept my insurance, but have so many restrictions to it, it’s been a nightmare to work with. My insurance approved me for everything I needed and it was family solutions that could not make it work due to their in house policies. While trying to figure out the insurance, they threatened to not continue to see me as a client because my insurance granted me what I need and they would not do it and that upset me. They have canceled appointments without notifying me. Won’t respond to voicemails or text messages I’ve left them. It’s not been good with the insurance office at family solutions. The therapist is great. That’s why I keep coming, I really like her."

"I don’t have issues with the company in general.. I’ve got beef with the billing department. My copay is 99.74 per session. But once looking at my bank account I had two transactions higher than what I should’ve been charged…. I called Monday of this wk to get answers, nothing it’s now Friday and still no answers. In fact the times called I was cut off…. This isn’t the right way to run a business.. Do better Another Day Therapy"
