"I don't understand how a "mental health facility" can be so horrendous to work with. Hounded us about paperwork (on a Saturday by text for that matter) that has been filled out multiple times and threatens to cancel appointments for said paperwork. Then when we explained the paperwork has been done twice before and wont be done again (their paperwork takes hours to do) After they kept insisting we told them to just cancel the appt. This was 48 hours prior to the appt. The morning of the appt they called and said because it was within an hour passed the 48 hours they were still going to charge me a cancellation fee."
