She listened and was very kind. She made me feel heard and supported. I had an issue with my insurance and she was responsive through their app on the weekend to help me get my prescription filled. I also needed to reschedule my most recent appointment and she was super flexible and supportive. An amazing clinic and Nurse Practitioner."
