"I was 5 minutes past the 15 min late mark for taking a wrong turn. called to let them know. sheldon johnson refused to see me. it took me an hr drive to get there which he knew. terrible provider."
"The ladies at the front desk are lovely and I truly appreciate their care when I made a visit or call. However, I’ve had an issue with billing since May of this year that is yet to be resolved. I’ve called my insurance and the billing department over the past few months since May. It was said that the wrong coding was used for my visit from my Dr. who is Dr. Marcroft. My husband and I were both seen the same day to establish care and for our health concerns back in May. Insurance covered his, but not mine. When addressed they said that the physician or office used the wrong coding and needed to adjust that. (The whole time I’m thinking why couldn’t the Dr. Use the same coding they used for my husbands visit smh). Billing department notified me that Dr Marcroft made a change, but it wasn’t correct for insurance to cover. (But I’m over here thinking again why does my insurance have to tell Him/them how to do their job smh) I’ve never had issues with my insurance Select Health or any provider or clinic I’ve been to. This is the first intermountain clinic or Dr I’ve had this issue with. I’ve had the same insurance for the past 11+ years. I’m still waiting for the Office Manager to reach out to me to resolve this. Please don’t make your patients be the middle person or doing your job for you. Do your job or retire please."
"I absolutely loved having Noelle Taylor as my physician. Since she is no longer here, I had an appointment with Dr. Thakur. It was incredibly lackluster. She wasn’t personable and didn’t seem to care about me. She was just trying to check the boxes and get me out. Plus, she seemed to try and push me into a treatment that don’t want. I went in for a physical which used to take an hour with Noelle because she was so detailed and attentive. I was in and out of the clinic in 15 minutes with Dr. Thakur."
"This clinic is awesome! I was having panic attacks and very anxious. They stayed late to get me in same day even though I hadn't been there before. I had called 4 other clinics and they all said no. Dr Johnson not only gave me a new prescription he also gave me a list of counselors that are covered by my insurance and a pamphlet that tells you at home help. I have never had such an amazing experience at a doctors office! Highly recommend"
