"Great experience getting my actual MRI. Staff was nice, place was clean, process was quick…all of that being said, I’ve tried to call to make a payment 4 times and have been on hold for so long that I’ve had to give up and try again later. Still haven’t been able to get it done. They either need a callback system or need to hire more associates to help. Really frustrating!"

"My five stars is as a result and direct reflection of care by Brandon A. in South Jordan. He was the second mri tech that I received care from and took all the time I needed and was professional. Among multiple mri's and xrays I needed after a car accident, Brandon A. answered my many questions while and even after I had left facilities and called me back after taking the time to find answers by talking to the radiologist or anyone else. Also, he was transparent when he didn't know an answer so he didn't overreach and give me incorrect information nor did he try to avoid getting me those answers by getting me to the right person. I am sincerely grateful! He is a wonderful part of the Rayus team. Edited to add that due to shoulder pain, a concussion and coughing I wore a mask and a heated blanket and extra earbuds along with headphones helped me to relax as best as I could and block out any stimulation. He would let me know when I could break to cough and breathe more. The facility is nice and relaxing and at the same time people like Brandon taking the time to make personal details matter are what really make things shine because when someone like me is unable to move or even be still comfortably, having a sense of security with trained professionals showing superb mri bedside manner and competence are worth more than any decor and cushy couches. Couches are a plus too. My body was sore and lying down on them while waiting was a relief."

"Beautiful office, empathetic and caring staff. The girls up front were great and Blaine + Brandon made sure I could breathe and gave me breaks to readjust and get out of pain. While I must admit that I hope to never need an MRI again, I will definitely come here!"

"I typically struggle with anxiety in Medical environments but the second i walked in the door, Jamie, the administrator at the front desk, was so nice. As she was walking me back, she made sure all my questions were answered and she got me a pair of socks, which was so kind. My technician was Jamie and she also was incredible. She checked in with me multiple times to make sure i was comfortable and also got me a blanket. The small things available to make my experience more comfortable were greatly appreciated, but more than that, the staff they had were so kind and impressive."
