"I would leave 6 stars if I could! I came here after a referral from a local provider. I met with Emily R., who is, without exaggeration, one of the best providers I have ever worked with. She took the time to get to know my history and listened to my concerns. She took the time to explain everything and was always happy to answer questions or do research on things that she didn’t have immediate answers for. The front office was easy too work with too. Appointment reminders, easy scheduling, and they billed insurance with no issue. Again, I highly recommend Mountain View."

"I was getting my medication managed through Emily Richard's at this location. Not only did she forget to actually prescribe my medications after every single appointment and required a follow up text from me, but she was never once on time. She was always at least 15 minutes late. My last appointment with her I waited for 30 minutes before calling the front desk. I was told that I needed to be more patient and that she was helping someone else. I then got a call from Emily where she said that she had slept through her alarm and was just waking up. She tried to reschedule my appointment but I expressed what was going on and how I felt I needed a med change. She made me wait another 15 minutes for her to get on the actual call and then spent 5 minutes throwing another medication at me without actually listening to my symptoms and experience. I was never able to start the new medication because she never explained to the pharmacy what was going on and they did not feel comfortable giving me anything else. I ended up in an IOP program. They immediately saw the signs I have been talking about and diagnosed me with Bi polar disorder. This means that she was prescribing me the completely wrong group of medication and was causing me increased symptoms. I now have to go through a medication withdrawal period and start over. My current psychiatrist said that the medication that I was on made no logical sense. He felt that the medication she had prescribed to me was irrational and not thought out. I can not describe the anger that I feel. This is not something that you can through random medications at and expect a good response."

"This is my first negative review I’ve ever written, but it’s been a frustrating process with getting communication with them. I will start with a positive by saying the counselor I was seeing here was really good and sympathetic. It’s too bad that the rest of my experience is overshadowed. If it wasn’t for my counselor, I would give this place one star. I have been trying to contact them for over a month about a billing question and their phones have been completely out. When you try to transfer to one of their employees it immediately hangs up. Not only this, but I have sent emails to multiple people on their staff with absolutely no response. I have even tried going through their new patient portal to get them to respond and nothing. It seems like as long as you are paying them they are happy to help, but once you have a question about your bill they go radio silent. Very disappointed."

"I trust this place because my older sister highly recommends it. I left an email and Aleisa called me and was very empathetic and personable. She set me up for an appointment with Cathi the next week but said she would call me back if there were any sooner appointments opened up. She called me back about ten minutes later and said she was able to get me an appointment for that next morning. The next morning I had my Zoom meeting with Cathi. I love her; she's awesome. I felt very heard. I got just as much feedback as I needed at that time. She didn't tell me what to do, she just explained why it makes sense I'm feeling what I'm feeling, including my stress-induced chronic pain. I went about my day feeling so good and so hopeful about my current situation. I haven't had barely any pain since my last appointment. Thank you so, so much you guys. I'm looking forward to my next appointment."
