"I went here for the first time to see Kristin Lewis and she was amazing. She was super cheerful and really seemed to want to listen and help. The staff has also been extremely helpful and friendly. A lot of the time offices like this will almost make me feel like a burden but here they are eager to help and do a great job!"
"Established patient. Called to schedule an appt and was told they would need to call me back to schedule. Never heard a word from them. I called back three business days later and was told because I haven’t been in clinic for a year, they needed approval to see me. Such bull. Avoid this clinic."
"I've tried to get in touch with Deeana, the office manager, concerning a billing issue for well over a month now, I have left multiple messages for her with no success on getting a response back. After 2 weeks of many attempts, I received a voicemail from her asking for a call back, which I did, but again, I cannot get a hold of her whatsoever. I feel the urgency and professionalism of settling this situation is absent and she has no regard for customer care at all. I need to say that Dr. Osborne is fantastic. This review only has to do with the office manager."
"I recently had to change primary care providers. Rose Canyon told me they had someone in my network that were taking patients. Apparently the PA was not in my network and now I have to pay for a provider out of network. The copay for a telecom visit should be $15, but I am being charged $100. For a 10 minute conversation! All I needed was a refill!"
"It took me months to get a regular primary care physician because to be established as a new patient can take that long to just get an appointment, I finally got in with Dr Chapman, almost a six month wait! Loved her by the way! Then she left the clinic and I called to do a sick appointment and I wasn’t able to make one because she had left the clinic so I’m basically back at square 1, it will take months because I’m again a new patient! That is ridiculous and terrible service to the patients, it’s not my fault the doctor left. They told me to go to instacare which costs more money, so basically they just want more money! Terrible service to your patients!!"
