"Just got off the phone with their receptionist. Trying to be seen for possible ear infection and cough and she said I needed to have a negative covid test before they would schedule me because "they don't see actively sick people. You can go to urgent care to get tested and call back after you get a negative test." Are you kidding me? Are you not a doctors office? I have seen Libby Wilmore often and she is great but this policy is ridiculous! What good are you if we can't come in when we are sick?"
"Do not use them. Their billing is a joke. They will overbill you. And they will not even be nice when you call in to try to fix it. They don’t care. They just make up charges. I paid for my visit in full while there and they sent me an additional bill even though it’s the exact amount I already gave them. But they say there’s some other charge that just happens to be the exact amount of what I already paid."
"The place is clean and professional. However, the doctor who helped us (pulgiano) with the yearly check up was hard to be with. The main reason is because we got a blood lab done and we got a second appointment to explain the results. To begin with, the doctor was talking over us. We would try to ask and the doctor was interrupting in a way that sounded more of a "why do you have a question about this". He would cut us from commenting or asking things. It made us feel he was there just to get us out of there fast. Is definitely a behavior you do not expect from a doctor who most likely has practice medicine for years and has treated a lot of people."
