Whitney communicated effectively before, during, and after my massage to give me a perfectly tailored experience as well as a prescription of muscle groups to focus on stretching and strengthening on my own time. "The environment here is very relaxing and peaceful! There is so much healing that goes on. They have so many options to choose, from massage, to chiropractic, to body contouring with light. All of the people working here are nice and friendly, and they have a very nice lobby with couches and chairs if you are waiting or supporting a friend or loved one. There are so many different types of massage therapy and so many different ways to heal, and they have five or more therapists for different types of aches, pains, or soreness. These are some amazing people here and deserve to be recognized for their gifts!"
