"I had a procedure done over a year ago. I followed doctors orders to a T. I did not want any problems. Well, a problem came up about 3 months in, and after 3 times calling with no answer I gave up. Now, I’m plagued with pain, after a surgery that isn’t supposed to be particularly complicated or have many complications that can come from it. If you need The Procedure, please drive the extra distance to St George. At least then you’ll get someone who can answer the phone"
"Extremely difficult to get to a live person. Have been trying to get a refill for over two weeks. A lot of excuses with few results. Too bad there's no competition. Humiliating experience."
"If you live in cedar city, you’re better off visiting the urologist in St. George. Appointments can often be up to a month out, the telephones are almost never answered, and any message left is ignored, any promise of being returned to in one business day is flat out ignored. It has been over a month since I took a blood test from them, and they have never gotten back to me, and any attempt to contact them via phone by leaving a message is ignored."
