"This place sucks. I got a rough quote over the phone, 15 bucks a hat sounded awesome. Got an email quote for 15 bucks a hat, still awesome and was ready to pay. Next day somebody else emails me from the company and says there was a change in pricing all the sudden and was now 20 bucks a hat. Human error happens, but not after two similar quotes from different people to a 25% jump. Logo on it got me the same price for 25 hats that customization house was going to get me for 15 hats"

"Absolutely terrible customer service and mistakes are made far too often. Too many stories about this company, we just know we will never use them again and we will tell everyone to avoid them at all costs."

"I placed a last-minute order that they told me would be ready just in time for Christmas. They were very accommodating with me and got the printing done quickly. It was ready one day before Christmas eve, just a few hours before closing. Considering the close time frame and my special request to have it done before Christmas, I assumed they would at least call when it was finished. They EMAILED me 3 hours before closing (for the rest of the week) saying it was ready. An email is not appropriate for this scenario, especially considering the slim time frame for pickup. No one checks their personal email frequently so it was near impossible for me to know in time that it was ready. I never got the sweatshirt in time. Please update your forms of contact so people like me can get the product as planned and requested. A phone call or text would have been appreciated."
