"I made a return for a hat and the same day purchases 2 other hats. The purchases went through but the return for $40 did not. It has been a month and the company is aware that I made the return (even found the transaction via their headquarters) but cannot refund me “because it failed”. Their new reason is that my card was expired. It is not. And obviously isn’t since the purchase went through. But conveniently the return cannot. The store can not help me and referred me to their online department. They want me to make another purchase online and then they will supposedly refund me for both orders. Obviously I will not be doing that as I cannot trust them to even refund my original order. NEVER spend your money here if you will even consider needing to return it."

"Great new location. Awesome brand new gear. I like to hike, hunt, and run and they have a great selection for all of that stuff!! They should have a Clarence section soon as well so always check there. I think if you sign up for the TJMaxx credit card you get like 10% off or something so that might be good to look into."
