"Horrible customer service I made a order to pick up in store, when I went in to see if it was ready they pretty much told me they did not want to do their job to get my order an that they can cancel my order if they want an that I should just order it online so I did an I paid double so I can get it sent to my house over night an it's been 3 days an my order still hasn't been touched!!! Horrible customer service. DO NOT PAY THE EXTRA MONEY TO GET IT TO YOUR HOUSE SOONER AN DO NOT ORDER TO PICK UP IN STORE BECAUSE THEY DO NOT WANT TO DO THEIR JOB!"

"The store is clean but the staff pretty much ignored me. None made eye contact and I stood there for 20 minutes while 1 person got help. Just wasn't impressed with the service on the day I went. They actively looked past me and even ignored me when I tried to get the help of one of the associates. All I needed to do was pickup an order, too. The customer service online is really great and helpful, but in store doesn't hold the same standards."

"went in to shop around and ended up purchasing two buttons. i walked up to the register that seemed to be open, considering the one next to it had buckets of theft sensors on it. there was a girl with red hair behind said buckets doing whatever she was doing. i stood there forever waiting for here to help me, and when she finally did she snapped at me and told me to come to the register that had all the buckets on it. i go to hand her the buttons over said buckets and she snatches one out of my hand very rudely and begins scanning it in without giving me a second look. she doesn’t even acknowledge that my hand is holding out the other item. she finally looks up after going to finish the transaction and i let her know i have one more, she then sighs and scans in the other button. she rudely asks me if i need a bag, i say no since it’s just two buttons. and she basically throws the receipt and buttons in my hand. and goes back to doing whatever she was doing behind the register. good customer service is not hard to provide, and this definitely wasn’t it."
