"Came in a few minutes before close not aware of the hour change, was downstairs taking a look at a few more things before heading to the closer to the front with my group to buy our stuff. Instead of politely reminding us the store was closed, or maybe even giving us like 5 minutes to meander to the front considering there was already a line and we wanted to just use our time to look while other people were checking out, a lady said "are you buying anything?", we said yes, and she told us to come up front. I knew she saw us around and the announcement had just been made hardly a minute ago. It's hard for me not to believe this was on the basis on me and my friends being young adults (18-19). Nobody else in the store was spoken to like this and I felt very disrespected and belittled. The guy at the register was very kind though and understanding as we explained we didn't know about the time."

"Weird layout and Ross, as a whole, has been very cheap with PAPER to wrap fragile items. Having my items arrive safely is important so I don't have to waste my time returning items that are damaged because they can't be bothered to safeguard them"
