"I got my prom dress altered here and the service at the pick up desk was rude and I ended up leaving the store without my dress and was told to come back the next day. I wanted more alterations done to it and they said I couldn’t. I was told to wait 10 mins for them to steam it then I was then informed I needed to come the next day because they needed to do more work to it?? Not impressed!"

"I ordered a pair of Dr. Martens fisherman sandals on the Nordstrom website and it came defective. I can’t reorder them because they’re sold out in my size. For $150 shoes, I expect perfection. I called customer service and they wouldn’t do anything about it and wants me to return it to the store which I’m doing right now 03/20 at Fashion Place. I’m writing this review to warn buyers to not buy this pair bc I know they’re going to put it up for sale in store. The back sole on the left shoe isn’t glued all the way on! It’s a size 6 women’s and color is brown grizzly. Nordstrom and Dr. Martens just lost a customer, never buying from yall again."

Mason at the men’s fragrance counter was beyond amazing. He was knowledgeable, such a master at his craft, he helped guide me and walk me through exploring new scents as well as the intent and occasions to wear a given cologne.
