"I never leave bad reviews. I really don't. But this place just about blew me away with how awful their service was. All I brought in was one men's dress shirt and I asked for a small monogram on the cuff. I brought it in Wednesday 2/8 and the lady said she was going out of town so she would try to get it done before Friday but at the latest Tuesday. I asked if I would receive a call when it was done and she said yes. Well the next Thursday rolls around and I haven't heard a word. So I call and nobody has any idea what I'm talking about until finally another lady figures out where my order is. She says it has not been done (!!!!) but she would get it done by tomorrow 2/17. She said it would take five minutes(????). In other words, it would have taken the first lady I spoke with five minutes to get it done before her vacation or at least tell a coworker to get it done by Tuesday. There was no apology whatsoever for their lack of communication and poor customer service. Needless to say I won't be coming back, and don't recommend them if you need something done in a timely manner."

I called Gary without any artwork, just dimensions of the embroidery, and within a few days they got to work on my aprons. Gary and the whole crew were very helpful in saving me from a situation that would have certainly lost me business. I am very appreciative of how accommodating they were, and how hard they worked to get my work done. Not only was the work done promptly, and the entire company very friendly, the embroidery is very high quality, and resembles exactly my original embroidery. I am extremely impressed.
