"Read online that you could return body jewelry with a receipt. Took said product back in with receipt and was told they don’t do that even when I showed the policy online. If you want minimal selection on ear jewelry and a store that doesn’t even follow policy this is the place for you."
"I have always really enjoyed the customer experience at this particular Hot Topic location. But having been helped by Kris, the manager, has made me a loyal customer! I called ahead to check on an item availability, and Kris was more than happy to make sure I found what I wanted, gave me multiple size options, and answered all of my questions with so much patience. Then when I came in, she continued to go above and beyond to help me find what I wanted and get the best possible deal. Even watching her interact with her team and other customers, I could tell she is a fantastic manager! I walked away with more than I came in for and I couldn’t be happier. Will definitely be back!!"
