"I’ve always loved Hollister but I was recently gifted a pair of pants and they refuse to exchange for the correct size without the original receipt. If they have all the tags attached you should work with your customers. I don’t want to purchase from someone who wouldn’t even exchange if I buy the wrong size."

"This place is staffed by kids. They walk around with confused and sour looks on their faces. I tried to pick up an online order and this kid employee couldn't figure out how to process it. I had to cancel the purchase. Hire some adults who know what they're doing."
"Love this Hollister and would go back again over and over. Shopping with my daughters. Staff was super courteous and helpful. Girl behind the counter was apologetic when one of our tags was left on and the alarm went off. She fixed it quickly and we were on our way. Prices are also very reasonable, especially if you watch for sales."
