"Dr. McGrew has been great. My regular PCP retired. I was worried about finding a new one. I researched many doctors before settling on her. She was great from the start. I rarely see a doctor, but I've been in to her 3 times. She is very knowledgeable. She gives you the options that she believes are best for you and accepts your decisions. She's not chatty. She's more direct and to the point. I believe she listens to me, and we're building trust. Her nurse is great as well. I feel comfortable talking to her. The front desk has always been friendly and helpful."
"I scheduled an appointment with her since my regular doctor was booked out. I was glad she had an appointment available in the same week. Once at the appt. she spent a total of 30 seconds with me. She was already focused on her next patient when she walked through the door. She Didn’t bother asking if I had any concerns. Said she would order 2 tests stat and they would fax them over that night. Since it was a holiday weekend they wouldn’t call until Tuesday. After the holiday I gave them a day to call to schedule my tests. I called the doctor’s office the next day to see if the ordered had been faxed over. The M.A. said Dr. Mcgrew did not order the tests stat and they had not been faxed over."
