"I never received the items I purchased. The following transactions and items were: July 4- $93.50 July 8- $25.20 July 11- $110.00 July 25- $ 27.00 August 1-$8.00 August 2- $39.99 August 12- $85.00 I can not for certain confirm the arrival of the June 25, 2019 purchases of $13.00 and $56.00. I did not receive any tracking information. I asked Annie R*** to hold my orders on July 08, 2019 (VIA Instagram) due to me moving to another state and then ship them to me once received my new address. The same day Annie R*** informed me she would be able to hold my items and ship them once I sent her the address, this also occurred via Instagram. I had paid for the summer invoice and sent me new address on July 26,2019 to Annie R*** via Instagram. On August 04, 2019, was told that I would being getting Christmas in August and my items would be shipped. Even after this, I continued to purchase items from Mrs. Annie R***. I asked on August 15, 2019 when would my items ship via Instagram and I was told that my items would be sent out first thing in the morning on August 16, 2019. I followed up regarding my mail to confirm where the items were shipped on 08/25/19 and 08/31/2019. I did not hear anything and was told that the items were returned and that they would be shipped to Louisiana the following day on 09/25/2019. I then followed up on 11/12/2019. 11/12/2019, 11/13/2019 regarding the items and emailed the address on her website. I did not get a response until 11/14/2019 and it was a voice message via Instagram. Annie R*** requested the email chain and I shared that on 11/28/19. I was told on 01/02/20 the items would be shipped if I provided the correct address. I provided my address again on 01/20/2019. I also sent an email with the same information. I got an automated response. I then sent an email on 01/23/20 and an Instagram message on 02/04/2020. I have never been provided any tracking information or updates regarding my items."
