"They posted a preview for their weekly drop and I found THE dress I needed for a wedding in May. After looking online for weeks, it felt like perfect fate. I set my alarm to get on when it launched and it sold out in my size before I could check out. I immediately reached out about a potential restock and it’s sold out through their supplier. They offered to help me via storefront and they had my size! Bailey was so kind to help me out, even when the office phone was down. It felt like they really went above and beyond to help me out today and I so greatly appreciate it. It’s my second time ordering and will be back again!"
