"Through my experience, the staff throughout the Hope Ave locations are so kind and so helpful. I had fallen in love with a dress and unfortunately the location closest to me did not have my size. So I started my hunt calling different stores, but I stopped with this one. The manager of this location kindly offered to call around to find the size that I was searching for. She called me back within minutes with success! The whole process of finding the dress, picking up the dress was a 11/10 customer service rating. Thank you, Hope Ave staff!"

"Cute clothes but the customer service was TERRIBLE. one other person in the store, blonde employee was at the counter, didn’t even look up when we came in, didn’t say welcome or offered to help us find anything, other brunette employee didn’t say anything as well, honestly the cold attitude was why we left without buying anything it was just awkward being in there, not being acknowledged while the employees had personal conversations with each other. We passed them both multiple times, and as we were leaving, they ignored as well, this shop would do better with more attentive employees. It would be great if you trained your evening employees (we were there after 5)"

I went in and the girl working chatted with me and complimented me and offered to help with whatever I was searching for. They have the cutest clothes, jewelry, and other items such as journals and candles. Give them a look, you won’t regret it!"
