"Granted I was late to my appointment by a few minutes, but I was still in the allotted time that is given which is 10 min after the initial time of the appointment. There was only 1 PSR at the front desk and she was helping someone else. Someone finally came out to help her and he couldn’t check me in because the appointment was locked. So he goes to find out why and it’s because I’m late. I explain to him that I have been standing here waiting for a few minutes and the PSR present agreed that I had indeed been standing there. None of that mattered because he said “Sorry Dr. Gravelle is already running behind so someone is going to call you to reschedule”. I was here because I am a High Risk patient and I was trying to find out if I have cancer or not. I do take responsibility for being late but I also find it very ridiculous to turn someone away like that, at the hospital of all places."

"I genuinely love Dr. Gravelle! Dr. Gravelle is beyond amazing. She was really personable, approachable, genuine and caring in our appointment. She was thoughtful of my needs and ensured that I felt cared for. She was also really flexible with me. I had a miscarriage two years ago and she was very sensitive to that topic. She was well informed about my history and that was a plus. I am sure she will take good care of me. Her nurse is also amazing and caring. She was super approachable and they both make a great team. I am really glad they are my team. Update: Baby is here and Dr. Gravelle really did take care of us. We had a few difficulties and she was always caring and worked with us till the end. I would highly recommend her."

"There are no words to describe how amazing Dr. Gravelle is. I had a complicated pregnancy and she took the time to answer all our questions. She also went above and beyond by taking extra steps to make sure our baby and I will be cared for. She is so approachable, caring, professional and has this contagious laugh you’d not forget! Her team of nurses is excellent, ensuring I would get all the proper follow-ups. I will never thank her enough as she really helped me to be more at ease during my pregnancy."
