"I used to attend the Lehi office but that office closed down and switched all patients to the Saratoga location. I actually don’t mind the change because it is closer for me, but no one called me to let me know. I showed up in Lehi to a notice on their door. I called and luckily I was only seeing the nurse for a shot so they could fit me in at the Saratoga location. I got there and the receptionist was quite rude when it came time to pay the copay. I told her I shouldn’t own one because I had already met my out of pocket max. She said she couldn’t waive the copay and that I would have to pay it. I reiterated that I shouldn’t have to pay it and could show her my portal online to prove I had met my OOPM. It didn’t make sense to pay one of her they’d probably have to refund me anyway. After a few min of back and forth she told me she took it off. Like magically all of a sudden she could. I felt disrespected. I know many people do not understand how insurance billing works but I used to sell it for a living and she treated me like a dummy. While I’m at it, I don’t love Dr. Clark. He seems knowledgeable and seems to have an answer for most things but I don’t always feel heard. I’ve brought up the same concern at every appointment for the last several years and he always offers a short term solution but doesn’t seem interested in investigating the root cause. I will be rescheduling with a different doc in the future."

"Best experience with a doctor I’ve ever had! This office was very efficient! Dr. Wing was one of the best doctors I’ve ever seen! He listened to what I had to say, respected my opinion, and answered all of my questions. He spent the perfect amount of time with me which made it so I didn’t feel rushed. This experience made me feel way more at ease about being pregnant. I would recommend Revere Health and Dr. Wing to anyone!"

"I transferred from another local women's health facility after having not-so-great experiences with other OBs. Here, however, is 1000% better. Dr. Wing is kind and compassionate, he listens to concerns and gives feedback that is thoughtful. I immediately felt I could trust this doctor. Plus the staff is super kind and totally tolerated my two toddlers and the chaos we bring, with smiles and kind words. I defiantly recommend this place!"

"You know what, I would never have negatively reviewed this establishment, even after having my appointment (while I was in the literal room) cancelled due to an emergency delivery (for the second time). I’m giving a negative review because the nurses are sitting there, behind the desks, talking loud enough for the waiting room to hear their horror stories about the patients that come through here (about cysts, warts, etc). Literally so disgustingly unprofessional, I can’t even believe it. The reviews of this place are well deserved. I’d appreciate a managerial response to this review too, because last time I checked, gossiping about patients falls under HIPAA violation."
