"I saw Rebecca Johnson because I was looking for an OB/GYN for an ongoing BV problem I have been having I already knew I had it I just was seeking advice because I had recently gone to my normal doctor and had got tested for everything and I was told I only had bv. So when I went in I explain to her what I had been dealing with she took a swab and then all she told me was to get probiotics. One month later I was billed almost 200$ for testing of bv when I already said I was diagnosed with it before I went in I was just seeking advice from an obgyn that specializes in that field and all she said was to get probiotics. she didn’t tell me she was going to send it in to get tested so I was surprised with the bill. I also wanted to check up on another issue that I was having and I had to get my blood drawn they were only supposed to take two Viles and the nurse took four instead and afterwards I heard the doctor say she was only supposed to take two viles so that was concerning. I didn’t feel comfortable with Rebecca Johnson, because I felt like she was giving me attitude when I tried to explain to her and she just made me feel invalidated. The lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful but I was not happy with the service I got from Rebecca Jonson idk if she was just having a bad day or what but I will not be returning. I don’t recommend her if you’re looking for a obgyn doctor she overcharges and is not thorough. This was my experience personally and I’m hoping it can help someone else in the same situation look around before settling. She didn’t tell me anything different My normal doctor had already told me. I wish I would’ve saved myself the trouble and just not have gone to her."
"I came in for a yearly checkup and then I get 2 bills out of nowhere. They did 'lab work' for an issue she already prescribed me medicine for and knew just by looking at me. How is this the only office I've been to all of last year with surprise billing? Save yourself the trouble and look for someone else."
